Salty Bee Cookie
Our Salty Bee Cookie is a sweet, salty and creamy collaboration with Bryony Heynes, inspired by her love of honey and the story behind her nickname, Salty Bee.
The name came from Bryony’s dad, who used to make her honey sandwiches when she was younger the childhood memory that started her love for honey. We’ve taken that golden sweetness and turned it into a soft, chunky Cookiegasm cookie filled with white chocolate, honeycomb and a touch of sea salt.
It’s buttery, creamy, crunchy and perfectly balanced. The honeycomb brings that sweet golden crunch, the white chocolate adds a smooth creaminess, and the sea salt cuts through beautifully to make every bite feel extra indulgent.
